Our grandson Jack joined bouncy puppy Jake & us camping at First Landing State Park last weekend!

He loved popping out the skylight over the bed like a little human prairie dog! He declared it was “like a treehouse” because he was up beside the branches of a couple live oaks.

Saturday we checked out the Virginia Marine Science Museum! Loved the harbour seals, sharks and sea turtles!

The 3D Turtle Odyssey was amazing! As were the long strolls on boardwalks across the dunes so we could run Jake on the beach while Jack made sand castles & found sea treasures!
