It was a splendid spring day so we took the truck out for a drive. The breweries and wineries were packed with bacchanalians oblivious to the continuing risk of covid variants. Sad really.

In our gardens the azalea, cherries, forsythia, apples, periwinkle, spotted lungwort, daffodils & dog violets are in bloom! The Virginia bluebells are budding out but not yet in bloom.
