A huge arctic blast blew in last night & this morning the waves are huge, crashing ashore with explosive booms!

We opted for todays adventures to be indoors as a result – the Lightner Museum in Saint Augustine was just perfect! As we drove down A1A we spied a two masted sailboat rather suspiciously & precariously leaning up against the dunes… Not somewhere such a lovely sailboat should be at all… oops?

The Lightner museum was a wonderful place with an incredibly diverse collection!

As we wandered about the streets afterward we came upon an absolutely delightful art gallery full of whimsical and wonderful works!

This is an artistic imagining of Jefferson Airplane’s White Rabbit!
And if you go chasing rabbits
And you know you’re going to fall
Tell ’em a hookah-smoking caterpillar
Has given you the call
He called Alice
When she was just smallWhen the men on the chessboard
Get up and tell you where to go
And you’ve just had some kind of mushroom
And your mind is moving slow
Go ask Alice
I think she’ll knowWhen logic and proportion
Have fallen sloppy dead
And the White Knight is talking backwards
And the Red Queen’s off with her head
Remember what the dormouse said
Feed your head
