Spring has definitely sprung! And a full month earlier than last year…? The million dollar question remains: Will we get a hard freeze in April again?

Daffodils, forsythia, first azalea, vinca & cherries are in full bloom. Virginia bluebells are up and in bud, peony noses are 3-4 inches up!

We went to Lewis Ginter Gardens over the weekend – tulips were even in bloom! Just glorious!

Back at home, my Bird Snap is still providing endless amusement! We’re going through about 20 pounds of seed a week…! I must have the best fed birds in the state.

Isn’t the forsythia hedge wonderful?!?
