Left the amazing Everglades behind this morning across the overseas highway to Key West!

Totally did not expect chickens wandering the streets! We had a late lunch at Two Friends – lobster bisque and the shrimp lovers platter!

Back at our campsite we set out camp chairs only to discover a hitchhiker from the Everglades – a very cute somewhat confused mediterranean gecko…!

We’re staying at Boyds, five miles from Duvall Street. For a commercial RV park it’s surprisingly nice! Here’s our site: There’s even a sandy beach onsite! Time to lift a frosty beverage to sunset!
